When I first walked in the door of Taking Flight I thought, ‘what the hell have I signed up for?’ There were women and men hanging from the trapezes, ropes and hoops as if it was the most natural thing in the world. (To them it is and they make it look pretty easy!) I was completely out of my depth. I’d consider myself pretty fit and healthy as I train 5-6 days a week (bridal bootcamp, see!) ...
Made for an elective as part of Shane's PhD in Arts Practice. The aim of the elective was to see if it's possible to capture a creativity process, specific to aerial, on film.
